Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: While refunding us with the money that we paid for the expired cans of salmon is an honorable gesture, it does not resolve the following issues: 1)Tongass Trading knowingly sold expired canned goods and may still do so in the future, needless to mention that there could be other expired food products in the store. Such practice clearly violates health laws, consumer protection laws, federal and local business regulations, etc. 2) Other consumers who have bought the products need to be contacted and advised not to eat the products for they are outdated and potentially hazardous to their health. 3) Other customers could have already sustained health issues as a direct effect from ingesting said outdated products 4) Other customers who have purchased the products should likewise be refunded their money 5) All of the remaining outdated Pillar Rock Red Salmon Fillet cans should be taken down from Tongass Trading shelves, not sold to the public and should be discarded and/or destroyed. To prove my statements above, I am sending attachments of the receipt which shows the date of purchase, pictures of the products showing the expiration date.Sincerely,[redacted]
