I purchase a produce ([redacted] Conditioner)at the recommendation of Dr. [redacted] for a condition I was being treated for. After trying the product I notice a skin reaction, but could not determine it was caused by the conditioner. I stopped using it for a period of time and started using it again.. The rash returned. When I attempted to return the product, Stockton Dermatology indicated that I should return it directly to the company ([redacted] Research,Inc.) They told me they would not honor the product since they had recently changed the company with whom they now receive their products. When I tried to return it directly to the company, they told me since the purchase did not come directly from them, I should be able to return it to Stockton Dermatology. They indicated that [redacted] could still receive credit for the product even though they are no longer currently doing business with them.
