The proof of payment was attached previously and Storage Express does not show records, this is a cocern and my primary complaint.  Their business records don't add up and I overpaid a month towards the #206 facility and should credited or applied to the following month.  From what I see, one can not pay in advance and it be paid in full, as the only take it monthly out, which makes no sense...If I pay for six months it is just that, paid in six months.  I don't want to see in three months that I have credit on my account, credit now on what?  Confusing?  It not only confusing but bad business practice.
