Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10722205, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] The proof of payment was attached previously and Storage Express does not show records, this is a cocern and my primary complaint Their business records don't add up and I overpaid a month towards the #facility and should credited or applied to the following month From what I see, one can not pay in advance and it be paid in full, as the only take it monthly out, which makes no sense...If I pay for six months it is just that, paid in six months I don't want to see in three months that I have credit on my account, credit now on what? Confusing? It not only confusing but bad business practice Regards, [redacted] N***

The proof of payment was attached previously and Storage Express does not show records, this is a cocern and my primary complaint. Their business records don't add up and I overpaid a month towards the #206 facility and should credited or applied to the following month. From what I see, one can not pay in advance and it be paid in full, as the only take it monthly out, which makes no sense...If I pay for six months it is just that, paid in six months. I don't want to see in three months that I have credit on my account, credit now on what? Confusing? It not only confusing but bad business practice.
