I am very sorry this incident occurred, and offer my apologies While we can not erase the past, we can work on the future This is not the reputation Tonic wants We welcome folks who want to come in, have a good time, and enjoy the atmosphere While we must constantly be on watch for underage people, we must also be respectful of everyone Sincerely, [redacted]

This incident, as reported by [redacted] , has two sides #1f497d;">***, the patron in question, actually recognized the two females with [redacted] , and knew them to be under age When our bartender, ***, asked [redacted] for her ID, she refused Then our Night Manager came over and asked for the ID, and she gave it to him The other two females would not show their IDs, and so our Manager escorted them out We feel this was the right decision and stand behind it If [redacted] would like to come by to collect her $2, we will be happy to reimburse her Thank you, [redacted] Tonic Bar [redacted] *** *

I am rejecting this response because:
First off, I came to the bar aloneI met up with my boyfriend whom I was playing darts with the whole time, and some of our friends were already there*** was drunk and was harassing my boyfriend and I along with other people in the barI do not appreciate the lying of the Tonic Bar employees*** asked for my boyfriend's ID and he gave it to herShe shook her head and stomped back to the bar, He is *** had no right to ask for anyone's ID, he does not work thereI am years oldBorn on *** *** ***The "Night Manager" "checked" my ID and was unable to determine that I am indeed of age He was also very rudeI had just met one of the "females" that was there so naturally stayed with the people I knewMy boyfriend and I were kicked out of the bar for reasons I am still unsure ofBeing escorted out of a bar involves a little more than not giving a drunk your IDNotice I write My boyfriend and I were kicked out, not ***, not "the two females"This is the furthest thing from right, and I would hope that in the future Tonic Bar is able to correctly read Texas driver's licensesAnd not give people grief over nothing
And to the Revdex.com, My personal information should have in no way been revealed to the bar under any circumstances, that information was suppose to remain confidentialAnonymity is vital in situations like thisNow my identity has been compromised due to your actions.

I am rejecting this response because:
I also would like to work on the future, but the fact of the matter is your employees checked our IDs and we all are of age to drink. No one was underage. I just don't understand where this underage business is coming from. My boyfriend and I were not even drinking. [redacted] falsely identified us as underage guests, but if your bartenders would have checked our driver's licenses correctly this whole situation could have been avoided. Not to mention again [redacted] was harassing us and no one did anything about it. Instead of your employees getting a cab for [redacted], they decided to allow [redacted] to buy [redacted] a drink and drink more himself. There are four witnesses that can confirm this. Check your cameras.
