Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Revdex.com:ID # [redacted] I am in receipt of the letter Tonidale Yarn & Needlecraft sent you regarding the above complaint I filed against them on September 28, 2017.This company is trying to make this situation better but this is impossibleEverything I stated in my complaint is true and accurateThey never called me about the pantsI can prove thisIf, as they stated, they had called me on September 8, about the pants why did I call them on September asking when the pants would be readyWhy was I told during that phone conversation that they were checking inventory and would call me when the pants were ready.I waited a week and called again and asked about the pants and was hung up onI immediately called them back and got the answering machineI left the message that I wanted the pants.Ingeborg *S [redacted] called me as soon as you notified her of the complaintNot a pleasant phone conversation but the result was I went to Tonidale Yarn & Needlecraft on October 3, paid for the alterations and got the pantsThis is all I ever wanted.Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern:The complaint was submitted on 09/28/17ID# [redacted] I received a letter of complaint on 9/30/about an alteration that we hold hostage.I immediately check the incoming Rack of alteration and there was the PantsIt showed that the alteration came in August st and came back to the shop September th The Invoice showed that the customer was contacted on the same day, the Invoice also showed that we contacted the customer otherwise there would be a notation on the Invoice that we could not reach the customer and the date of our call, than the alteration goes to the pick up rack.This is what I am doing with all the alteration for the last Years.I called the customer again to pick up here alteration, and so the pants is with its Owner things October 3, 2017.PS.I never in years had a complaint about my alterations.Sincerely;Ingeborg [redacted] S [redacted] **owner of Tonidale Yam and Needle Craft

If, as they stated, they had called me on September 8, 2017 about the pants why did I call them on September 21 asking when the pants would be ready. Why was I told during that phone conversation that they were checking inventory and would call me when the pants were ready.I waited a week and called again and asked about the pants and was hung up on.
