I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The company's latest response is to agree to credit the invoice to *** *** ** *** *** once I return the defective slides to themFirst of all, there is absolutely no action on my part necessary for this credit to be issued, since *** *** ** *** *** was never supposed to be billed in the first place, and they do not owe *** Church Supply one cent! Second, I would be happy to return all the defective slides, including "Mass" and "Credo," if this company wishes to send me a postage-paid mailer for that purposeFinally, I am frankly sick to death of this transaction, which has been characterized by complete and appalling incompetence on this company's part from beginning to end!

Dear Mr. [redacted], We do not have your credit card number, so there is nothing to destroy.  We did charge your credit card for the first order (8/10/15) and have credited same (8/13/15) 3 days later at your request for these custom made slides.  The inconsistent width is based on the width of the digit.  An  "I" will be less wide than an "X" because the digit is thinner and we also made these twice with different size backgrounds so the widths would be all over the place. We did charge the church for the second time we made these custom slides. I will be happy to credit all charges on the account of [redacted] as soon as we get all the slides back from you. As you have requested I have stopped the "mass" and "credo" slides from being custom remade for you. [redacted]
