I am rejecting this response because:The facts indicated by Tonka Auto and Marine are false.I am in agreement that the vehicle was at Tonka Auto and Marine's Mound location in the late Summer of The entire A/C system was supposedly repaired including all major components.However, I am NOT in agreement with their statement that "the current open invoice is for additional A/C repair and Brakes that took place towards the end of July in 2012." The vehicle was no longer in my possession/ownership at that time and there is no way that it was at their shop in July of I am prepared to present evidence supporting my statement regarding this matter if need be.The vehicle was at Tonka Auto and Marine's shop the following summer of The condenser failed (which had been replaced in late summer of 2010) and should be covered under warranty Any reputable auto mechanic would warranty and stand behind their work.In addition, I am NOT in agreement that we agreed to "trade work" for any repairs or that any letters or phone calls were placed by Tonka Auto and Marine to me The first letter received was from the collection company who had no problem obtaining my address and phone number I responded immediately to that letter and requested validation of the dispute which still has not been received to date.Thank you,*** ***

To Whom It May Concern; In regards to the complaint filed by Mr*** ***, here are the facts from Tonka Auto & Marine The original A/C repair that is being referred to took place in the Summer of The current open invoice is for additional A/C
repair and Brakes that took place towards the end of July in Thus, the claim pertaining to the A/C not never working and being under warranty is not a valid statement because two years had elapsed and not just a few winter months (Also, during that time we continued to work on several vehicle for Mr***.) When Mr*** dropped the vehicle off he informed us, IN PERSON, he was going through a divorce but HE would be taking care of the bill including the brakes While talking with Mr*** and discussing his business ***, we suggested trading work to try and help him out We gave him every opportunity to hold up his end of the bargain and he never came through Letters were emailed on several occasions as well as multiple phone calls Finally, we were able to speak with someone who informed us that this was no longer his phone number Once we realized we were not going to be able to get a hold of him we turned the outstanding bill over to Collections We are more then happy to discuss or answer any questions Mr*** may have(***)Thank-you,
