Tonneau Covers Warehouse

I ordered a Lomax Trifold cover from tonneau covers warehouse and received it on 6/17/20. The box was damaged in shipping and there was minor damage to both rails and the hardware packet was missing. I emailed tonneaucoverswarehouse.com simply because they dont have a telephone number listed. It was the next day before I got a response. When I did get a response I was told that hardware would be shipped next day. My need was urgent since I was leaving for a week the next day and needed to keep my bed dry.I waited all day the next day and finally at 5:00 central time I emailed again and was told that the package did not ship. At the time the response to my email was timely. I ended up going without a cover for my truck which was a real problem for me. I asked the company to simply arrange pickup of the damaged cover and issue credit. The company requested that I allow them to send a new cover rather than just the hardware. Against my better judgement I consented. After several days I had not heard a word from the company so I sent an email asking for the refund. I was told that the new cover had already shipped and the damaged cover would be picked up. Indeed the damaged cover was picked up two days later. It has now been 12 days and still no new cover. in the current environment I can understand a delay in shipping however I have repeatedly asked for shipping and tracking info with absolutely no response from the company. Even after threatening legal action I get no response from the company. They have completely ghosted me for 12 days now.
