We told *** *** we would return her deposit this month once we worked out with the factory for an exception to take material back *** *** signed contract and agreed to 20% restocking charge back. Her signed contract allows for a 20% charge back that we are still trying to get reversed, that way we can give full$deposit back and with a release for both parties. Our installer did go out to restretch and her husband didn't tell him any other concerns. We did go back again 10/15 and he did another restretch. I did give customer installers direct phone number all she had to do was call back again after her surgery. Hope she's happy with the...
Since our last correspondence Tontine Carpet one and I have settled this complaint. I do appreciate your mediation in this issue as it probable help them make the decision to rectify my situation and avoid a small claim case against them. Again I say thank you for your immediate responce to my plight. It's nice having you here to avocate on behalf of the consumers.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Yes they were here two years ago. But other ridges developed, we never received a call from Tontine the installer said he lost our number.Poor customer service- no follow up.
