Wayne, who supposedly is the owner of the company, came out to clear a clogged sewer lineHe said that the yard needed to be torn up to access where the clog wasI rented a Bobcat thru an equipment rental company I used to work at to cut down my expenses( get an employee discount) Wayne came out and started to dig up the yard and hit the city water main which created a geyser feet onto the street and knocked out everyone's water supplyWayne did not call Johnson County Water to locate and mark the line before he started The city came out and made the repair and advised Wayne that there is another service/trunk line that branches off the main line to the neighbors house and to be careful not to hit itWayne quit early that eve which I thought was a bit strange because he had done absolutely nothing other than rupture the city water supply The next day, Wayne was two hours lateI had to leave for an appointment and when arrived home, Wayne had tore out the neighbors water service as well as tore up her yard with the bobcatHe could have easily stayed on my propertyHe didn't want me to call the city again because he said he was going to fix the damage himselfI know from experience that it is illegal to fix/repair/ modify the city's lines because it is their propertyI told him I was going to call the city anyway to cover my own interests and Wayne agreedThey came out and repaired the line a SECOND time Wayne told me he had to go to the hardware store to purchase some supplies and I offered to transport bags of mulch in my truck for the neighbors landscaping that had washed away the day beforeWayne agreed to pay for the mulch and return the neighbors property back to pre washout conditionWe agreed to meet at Home Depot a couple miles away Wayne left shortly before I did because I was blocked by Johnson County Water service trucksI arrived at Home Depot and did not see Wayne's vehicleI waited for about min in the parking lot and tried to call himNo answerI went inside and looked around and could not find himI Looked in the parking lot and still did not see his carTried to call againNo answer(I left messages) I also sent him a textWaited another min Phoned and texedNo answer Another minPhone/textNo answerFinally after min waiting I left and went back to the houseHe is not there eitherPhoned/textedAgain no answerI went and got his alternate phone number (his wife's number)As usual, no answerAll these times, I have left a text and/or voice message Basically, because of all the damage, wasted time, and embarrassment, Wayne walked off the jobNever to be heard from againIn the meantime, I am left with a huge gaping hole in my front yard and a $equipment rental for three days that the bobcat sat waiting to be usedWorthless company, zero integrity, no morals, and nil common courtesy Don't make the same mistake I did
