the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Commemorative Brands have agreed to find a replacement item from the one that I ordered. It seems that it will be satisfactory but I will not receive the item for 4-6 weeks. The replacement is more expensive and they honored the original price. I did go on the Revdex.com website and comment about this. Thank you for your support in this matter, I think it went a long way in expediting resolution in this issue.

in my complaint, I found this branch of the company to be highly unprofessional and/or incompetent.  I have many people traveling long distances for this event, and no faith that the items will actually arrive as stated.  I again request that this complaint remain open until we have the proper size and style of graduation gear in hand.  If they prefer to ship the merchandise directly to my residence, I will gladly retract the complaint.

With regard to the below customer complaint # [redacted] – [redacted] (or [redacted] – be advised that we shipped a new yearbook to her via FedEx on April 26. It appears that the matter has been closed as I am unable to post our response to the Revdex.com web site.[redacted]

We apologize that we have been unable to produce the yearbook ordered by customer.  A refund check was requested on May 27th for $82.00 double the purchase price to compensate customer for the poor service she has received.  She should receive the check within 7 to 10 days.  If not received let us know and we will see that she receives it promptly.  We do not need the yearbook she has returned to us. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me I need to find who made the ring because two Balfour employees at the local office told me it was their trademark before shipping it. I also was told by a Balfour vendor at the base bx that it was indeed their ring and trade mark. He promised it would be fixed and that's when it was sent back however and my shipping was kept. On top of that I went to four jewelry stores and they verified that indeed it was balfours trade mark logo for military on the inside of the ring. Using Google to find balfours trade mark SYMBOL also appears to verify that the military trade mark pops up as Balfour during searches. I also called the lack land AFB BX where I went to basic and bought the ring and they verified it was not only Balfour that was used as a ring vendor in 2009 but also the only vendor used by [redacted] in 10 years. The BX is willing to comment and verify that Balfour designed the [redacted] rings in July 2009. I asked for a photo of the symbols that would show the trade marks but they did not provide me with their trade mark to compare symbols. They also did not make me a list of common Sybil's used by other companies when asked  so I can see who else it may be made by
