Tony Capra Plumbing & Heating installed a water heater at this address in March of 2011 for the [redacted] purchased this residence in 2014. The home was inspected for this sale. In April of 2015, [redacted] scheduled a service call to...
repair a leaking pipe. He also wanted the piping revised at the water heater. He agreed to pay for this service. He signed our invoice and paid with a credit card. He never disputed any of these charges at the time of service. I am surprised that after the fact, he is now requesting a refund for something 4 years old and done for someone else. I would be happy to discuss this or come to some mutual resolution but do not feel that a full refund is fair to either party involved.

I am still awaiting contact from Tony Capra plumbing after speaking about this issue with the receptionist both before and after the service call, with the technician at the time of service, and writing a letter addressed to the general manager. I regret my home inspector did not notice that the water heater was installed with pipes of 2 different metals touching each other. Nevertheless I'd hoped someone at the company would at least call me back to address my concern.
