We answered and something happened with the computer. We are not sure you received our statements.We will do them again. Maybe you will receive them twice....better than not at all.First - we are not being untruthful.We will address just his comments.(1) Never said it would be just one trip.(2) We did not estimate our goods Their rep did. As we stated in our letter, we sold many large pieces that they included in their evaluation of their truck space.(3) Yes - they spent 4-hours. But only 2-hours actually workingMy husband overheard one of the movers say they were done early. My husband said - noyou're not finished. He also overhead another mover say they left a lot of large items at the old house. So they knewOur two homes are about miles away from each other. Six young, strong men could have easily moved at least the large items in the minutes they had left. It took less than that the next day. And we don't see what the holiday had to do with the time they promised us.(4) We feel it was their responsibility to make the best use of their manpower and truck space. We would have been able to deal with the smaller boxes if it came to that

Revdex.com spoke the with business who advised that the contract was for one load on a holiday weekend.  The consumer was provided the service she contracted and paid for.

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised the consumer is not being truthful.  Consumer was told that they would do one load.  Consumer had more stuff to move then what she claimed.  The business spent about 4 - 4 1/2 hours on the job.  We will not be refunding any money....

 Consumer was moved on a holiday weekend. We moved all the big stuff that we could in the trip that we made.

Tony called - This job was done by phone, we took her word for the amount (15-20 boxes). She doesn't have a witness because it was not estimated in person. Reality is , she had 100+ boxes, a lot more than was told, we stayed with the original $460 quote when it should have been a lot more. We packed...

a 24 foot truck. Several items were already damaged, unknown how dishes were packed. This woman lied about the amount she had to move, gets a great deal, then wants her money back? No refund !
