This is our response to the complaint ID [redacted]. I will try to make this short, since I really do not have time to deal with this. The [redacted]'s willingly and knowingly short funded their project by $12,000.00. They said they were not going to have the money to have us do everything that was on the...

contract. They said they would take care of what we didn't finish themselves to save money. The items listed on the back of the complaint have not been billed to the [redacted]s as having been complete, nor have they paid for any of those items to be done, nor do they have the money to pay us to complete those items. Long story short, we have worked off all the money they injected into the project. We were willing to extend them generosity offers to assist them in finishing some of the remaining project task, but the terms of our offers were rejected by the [redacted]s so our offers have been withdrawn. Currently, the [redacted]s owe us money for worked performed on this project, and materials, purchased by us, that we left on the job. We were willing to just walk away from the project and write off what they owed us, but their criminal actions are forcing us to file a law suit against them. I will be happy to send you a copy of the law suit filing once we file it this week. We will be suing the [redacted]s in [redacted] County courts for the money they owe us. Once we gain a judgement, we will proceed with filing suit in criminal court.    Criminal intent:   Upon withdrawing our offers of generosity, the [redacted]s held our tools hostage and would not let us retain ownership of our tools, preventing us for performing other work. We had to get the [redacted] County Sheriff's department involved in order to regain ownership of our tools. The [redacted]'s held our tools hostage in order to force us to do more work on the project with out being paid. This is a clear cut case of enslavement. We also made a generosity offer to pay for the install of the [redacted]'s carpets and wait for the home to sell before collecting our money, but again the terms of that offer were rejected by the [redacted]'s and our offer was withdrawn. Holding our tools hostage until we paid for their carpet install is extortion. The tools were eventually returned to us so the matter remains as criminal intent of slavery and extortion. However, the [redacted]'s are engaged in a new tactic to force us to perform work for free, and the letter from the Revdex.com gives us the hard evidence we need to seek criminal charges against the [redacted]s. The [redacted]'s are now committing the crime of Defamation Of Character by contacting news agencies and now the Revdex.com under a false narrative of having paid us in full for work not completed, when they have not. If the [redacted]'s actually had a case against us, they would be able to seek justice in the court systems, but they haven't because they have no case against us and are resorting to these tactics to force us to perform work for free, or face a negative business review based on false information. The Revdex.com letter gives us the hard evidence we need to pursue the criminal charges of extortion and defamation of character. One of the news agencies informed us that the [redacted]s told them I keep changing my name so I'm out "screwing" other people over. That is completely made up. The insanity must stop. People can't just make up things about people and feed them to news agencies...there are laws against that, and we intend to prosecute to the full extent of the law.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Mr. [redacted]'s response is, as in personal meeting before, filled with lies and half-truths. His vitriolic and illogical conduct in this matter has convinced me, as a trained counselor, that  he has serious emotional issues which disallow any attempts to settle the matter rationally. Therefore, we have turned the matter over to the [redacted] State Attorney General's office by filing a complaint of fraud against the elderly.Thank you for your attempt to assist us in this matter.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
