Follow through was horrible I contacted them for some problems After the salesman came out and took pictures there were three weeks with no response I went to their office left message for the owner No response Went to their office a third time and was ordered to leave All problems were denied and said they never happened I was out of town when work was performed Pictures were to be sent during progress of work Never happened until I stated I would pay the bill upon receiving pictures and assurance that all corrections had been completed as noted by city inspector I paid he bill in full when the pictures were sent During the work, an irrigation pipe was severed in the rear yard My lawn care company repaired it After completion, water was pouring out of the driveway, and bubbling up from the walkway by font steps They refused to do anything about it When I had our lawn care company pull up the pavers, we found that an irrigation pipe had been cut off, never capped and flowed free when the irrigation system was in operation The leak by the front steps proved to be a sprinkler head that had been paved over while still operational I have photos to prove these statements and the testimony of those who witnessed them These photos were sent to Allied Pavers with no response They also severed a main water pipe which thy denied ever happened, but I have testimony from different neighbors who witnessed it They did repair the pipe There is a reason their rating is an F I caution all those considering this company to reconsider
