We had an awful experience with this companyStarted when they didn't fully load our belongings the first day, making us unable to leave on scheduleThey were hours late the second day coming to finish the loadNothing was wrapped or professionally handledUpon arrival at our new home, the movers started dumping boxes in the garage and had to be redirected multiple times to put items in the correct roomsTony sent the hired help home before re-assembling all the furniture (i.ebeds and tables)At midnight on the third day of our move (started Saturday - this was Monday going to Tuesday), he is screaming at my husband in the kitchen and telling him he feels sorry for our children because my husband complained that the job still wasn't finished or being completed professionally or in a timely manner
I have never, ever seen such unprofessionalism from a supposedly professional moving company, and I have moved A LOT (times and counting)I will be warning everyone I know NOT to use this company, and seeking recourse through the Revdex.com and any other means possible
