Review: I was married 3/**/2003 and I have paid for my video/pictures from my wedding. I have no way of getting in touch with anyone from this place of business any longer because they split up and they photographer that has my photos that are all paid for I do not have any contact information on. He was the hired person of Tony Ferrari Photographers, whom I had paid for my pictures and video. I am trying to get the balance of what I am owed on my contract. I have all of my paperwork and deposits, but was never supplied with what I paid for. I have contacted numerous times and have gotten nowhere and no response. I think we are past the decade point and I would like my pictures that I'm owed.Desired Settlement: I would like my pictures/video that I have paid for. I think this is just poor business on the whole business' part. It's not my fault that they had differences and they split. Ferrari Photographers should have made sure that all of the clients were taken care of before they moved on.

Review: In May 2010 I entered into a contract with [redacted] Studios to take pictures and video at my wedding 7/**/10. The photographer and videographer were at the wedding and everything was paid for; however, I still do not have my photos/video/wedding album. I have tried numerous times to reach the business and found out later 2013 that the business had been dissolved and that I would have to get in touch with the actual photographer that took my photos. No information was provided to me to get in contact with the photographer and no one attempted to try and get me my video or photos. I have paid for everything in full and I am not looking for my money back but I would like my photos. This was a very special day for me and I would like to be able to show my children and at present moment I have nothing to show them. This was $7000+ down the drain and I have nothing to show for the money that I paid them. I do not care what their business problems were/are they should have gone through the process of reaching out to all of their clients and satisfying all outstanding items. It is not our fault that they are no longer in business yet I am being impacted.Desired Settlement: Delivery of all photos/videos and items that were created from my husband and I as a result of our contract.
