Hi, To whom it may concernI *** ***, in regards to complaint # ***, did respond and satisfy the consumer, a long time ago, with new Hood Struts (front and rear), Brake Pads and Rotors (both rear) and I replaced Lower Control Arms (both front)I did all this at no cost to the
consumerNot even the $dollar deductibleAll new parts too.I never heard back from the consumer so I assumed all was well.I have been in business for a long time and love doing business with the communityNever, I mean never, have I steered a consumer wrongI take pride in selling great used vehicles.
