This alarm company has the worst customer service and dispatch center that I have ever worked with Inflexible even when a business has to shut its doors Would not work with us to transfer the contract over to an existing account and wanted to charge $a month to do so We have other monitoring systems with them and they were willing to loose these accounts instead of working with a small business who had to close their doors Poor response times, constant inability to call people on the call list when their was an issue, inflexible on muting alarms when smoke detector was damaged (only delay till the next morning at am), dispatched fire multiple times to our location even though we asked them not to Not ma business that I would recommend to anyone Would not trust my families lives to this alarm company
