Revdex.com:[redacted] did my plumbing and flat out said no he would not even "evaluate" the situation. He was to busy. His co worker was out on workmens comp and it wasnt worth it to drive out from lynn. Im sorry I do not control those things. I just wanted my plumbing fixed. He said I garuntee its not my fault and I will charge you to drive down there. So no I didnt want to get ripped off again. And no matter what you do not hang up on a customer. Rude, dishonest, and unprofessional and cost almost 400$ for nothing. I just wanted a refund since he refused to come. So now he says hellcome back through this Revdex.com channel. I appologize to this website but the customer has no other way to defend themselves. Really sad this how buisness is run. A simple solution would have been I would be happy to come check it out. If its not our fault great.

He did not offer to come and evaluate the situation. I was told I do not have anytime for you now I am too busy and I am not responsible. He yelled at me and hung up on me 5 times in one day.  He was not listening. All I asked was to come and check it out that was it and he screamed at me, so I said fine then I would like a  refund if you absolutely have no ability to come to even look at it. I do not want this person anywhere near my house or family.  I do not feel safe.  I will find another plumber.  A simple yes I will come look at it would have made me happy.  I am done dealing with this company. I am very upset and I will go elsewhere with good customer service and will not yell and scream at the customer.

I REPAIRED A LEAK ON A SHUT OFF VALVE FOR A FUTURE WATER CLOSET 8 MONTHS AGO. THE CUSTOMER TOLD ME HE INSTALLED A WATER CLOSET AND THE SHUT OFF VALVE IS LEAKING. I EXPLAIMED TO HIM IF THIS IS THE LEAK I REPAIRED I WILL REPAIR IT AT NO COST, BUT IF IT IS SOMETHING ELSE LEAKING HE WOULD GET ANOTHER BILL. AFTER THAT I COULD NOT GET ANOTHER WORD IN. HE TOLD ME HE INSTALLED THE NEW WATER CLOSET. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM A LICSENCED PLUMBER WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO WAS ALLOWED TO INSTALL THE WATER CLOSET OR ANY OTHER PLUMBING WORK. I am rejecting a number of claims written in the response of Tony Gideika Plumbing and Heating. The plumber arrived on Friday, October 13th and began the repairs by cutting the wall. I was told someone would be there over the weekend to complete the job. Yet, no one called me or showed up so I called on Monday. I would like to clarify that it was not fully repaired until Wednesday, October 18th. The error that caused these issues occured on Tuesday when someone finally came to continue the work. This lagged over a 6 day period—not 2 as claimed by Tony Gideika Plumbing and Heating.The plumber left the building drain open on Tuesday, October 17th. I went down there to check on it after the plumber finished and saw that the cask iron drain pipe was left wide open. The piping and debris were laying on the floor. At that time, we could not use the bathroom facilitates. Any other company would have ensured this was taken care of a in concise and transparent manner. Come Wednesday when the repairs were complete, I saw rats in my first floor kitchen directly above where the work was conducted in the basement. I immediately made the appropriate phone calls and was told by an exterminator that the cask iron pipe should have been capped before the plumber left on Tuesday. Hence, why the rats were able to enter my property and move throughout the home. Though Lynn has a rampant rat problem, I have never had them in my home prior to the piping being left open and uncapped on Tuesday.I especially reject Tony Gideika Plumbing and Heating's claims that the property is not suitable for human living. The basement itself is unfinished in a Victorian home and there are no holes in the floor. However the condition of the basement, this situation that I am now dealing with is a ripple effect of the plumber's negligence.I've had to pay to throw out and replace my first floor kitchen stove which was damaged by the rats in the kitchen by chewing the wires. The electricity would not work on the stove because of this and it smelt like urine. I believe Tony Gideika Plumbing and Heating should have to pay for that replacement as well as for an exterminator to ensure this problem is properly mediated. Please see the the attached photos showing the basement does not have holes in the floor, the basement is clear except for the debris left over from the job. As well as, the stove that I had to remove and throw out.
