I called to ask for a copy of my sisters death certificate and was told I was not entitled to have it, because I was not the executor. He told me that I could not even get it from the state of California. I feel I was lied to and on the Internet found that I could get it from the State of California. He was rude, curt and very short with me. I had called two weeks earlier and left a message and he never returned my call.
