Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
However, the car wash coupons that were given to me had no stamp or signature so they are invalid. I can only imagine being in the line and waiting to find out they were no good. I had to call again and new car wash coupons were issued to me with the proper authorization. I was told to bring back the invalid ones in October when I come in for the 1st oil change. I was told that issue will also be corrected
I also would like to suggest that if Alan or whomever is not avaiable, they should indicate that in their voice mail, this would have eliminated me contacting the Revdex.com. I find it ironic that once I contacted the Revdex.com my issue was corrected. Mahalo, Revdex.com!

My name is Sue E***, I am an Executive Assistant at Tony GroupSoon after we received Ms. ***'s concern via Revdex.com, right away, our accessary sales representative did some research We really apologize that we overlooked to install Cargo tray when Ms*** came to install other accessories about one month agoWe understand that Ms*** left messages in the General Sales Manager's voice mail since then. However, he had been on the long vacation and he overlooked to check his voice messages. We apologize all the communication breakdown which caused Ms*** inconvenience. On August 6th, Ms*** came to our dealership to pick up her Cargo Tray and our sales representative greeted her and at the same time, he installed her license plate and handed her registration in person As our small token for her inconvenience, we presented Ms*** car wash coupons. she seemed to be very happy and satisfied

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that I have no alternative but to accept Hyundai's partial payment as restitution for the damages made to my vehicleI still stand firm in my belief that Hyundai Service Department is at fault for damaging my ABS sensor, whether it be from an overspray or from any other incident which may have occurred during the corrosion preventative service done to the underbody of my vehicle.In addition, the lack of response from the Hyundai Service Department's service manager, Mr*** ***, shows an irresponsibility on their part and furthers my belief that the Hyundai Service Department is in fact at fault for the damages made to my vehicle.This whole incident solidifies any previous feelings of trepidation in utilizing Hyundai Service DepartmentI admit that I love my Hyundai vehicle, but will not purchase another product from Hyundai again because Hyundai does not stand behind their service.Sincerely,

the time Ms. [redacted] has taken to express her concerns regarding the undercoating campaign and subsequent ABS light repaired at Tony Hyundai Waipio service dept.  Tony Hyundai Waipio service dept. is sorry to hear that she experienced problems with her 2012 Hyundai [redacted].   Tony Hyundai Waipio service dept. inspected the wheel hub assembly and found no spray from campaign performed previously.  Furthermore, the wheel speed sensor is enclosed with-in the hub assembly with no way for the spray to reach inside.    Tony Hyundai Waipio service dept. requested goodwill assistance from [redacted] in an effort to assist Ms. [redacted] with the cost of the repair due to warranty expiration and the failure was not related to the campaign.    Tony Hyundai Waipio service dept. unfortunately cannot assist Ms. [redacted]’s request of reimbursement in the amount of $289.43 paid on repair order [redacted] as Tony Hyundai Waipio service dept. is not at fault with failure to Ms. [redacted]’s 2012 Hyundai [redacted].   If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns feel free to contract [redacted], service manager,  directly at [redacted] or [redacted].      Sincerely and Happy new year to you all!  Tony Hyundai Waipio service dept.
