strikes, you're outAs a long time customer of Comfort Zone, that serviced both my business and home, I have given up on themThey used to be reliable, so much so that I recommended them to other people, who in turn have used their serviceOn behalf of all of them, as well as myself, I can no long consider them good in any wayThey have flat out missed emergency appointments at my business - TWICEThey never did comeA couple of weeks ago, my home AC stopped workingI called them and they came out days laterThey finally told me I needed a part, and after a week of waiting in the heat, they told me they still didn't have the partI ended up buying the part myself which arrived in hoursTurns out that this part was NOT to be the problemI called someone else, and even though it was 6pm, they came out in minutes and found the solution The final word about Comfort Zone, is they have become EXTREMELY unreliable, and incompetentWith little or no concern for the long time customers, they are now a company that I would not recommend to my worst enemy

Paid for lbs of FreonWithin hours it dissipated and the A/C did not cool my home
I called Comfort Zone for serviceA technician named Orlando arrived May He proceeded to open the unit and told me there was no Freon in the unit according to his meterHe also mentioned that the unit was getting worn and that I should think about replacing the whole unitHe went inside to see the thermostat but be did not look at the air handler inside the houseAfter filling the tank with what he said was lbs of Freon, he kept stating that I should replace the whole unitHe did a quick temperature check to show it was coolingThen he proceed to use his phone to charge my credit card $dollars stating that if I did decide to replace the unit, it may be possible to use the amount towards a new unitThe transaction went through on my AMEX
Within hours, the unit stopped coolingI called Comfort Zone to have them come out again

The company, as per their contract, must abide by all city code and regulationsThe service I received did not abide by this,
My AC unit was stolen, and Esteban came out to give a quote for a replacement and 'stainless steel' cage to go around the outside unitThe estimate was very high and the cage was triple the price of what *** had (they charged $vs at *** But because of the great yelp reviews I figured I was paying for quality work
Here is a timeline list of the issues I experienced:
The new unit was to be installed at the same time as the cage, to prevent theft again (it was a vacant property)Due to miscommunication within their company, the cage did not arrive for a few daysOnce it did, I noticed there was no cover or bar on the top of the cageAll cages you search for online have a cover or top to prevent a thief from stealing the metal inside the unitI told esteban this, and he stated, due to 'city code', they are not allowed to sell a cage that
