Tony Newman, the owner, contacted me Monday, June 15, 2015,and profusely apologized for the problems I had with his roofer. He said that he wished that I had contacted him directly and earlier so that he could have gotten things done and resolved....
He said the roofer would be out that day and the job would be done and done correctly. Tony followed through to make sure that the roofer had been here. He called me later in the week to see if there were any problems or questions that I still had. Tony personally came to my house and checked the work of his roofer and answered my questions. He was very professional. He said he was serious about his business and his reputation. He wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. He reiterated again that if there was anything else that I had questions about to call him and he would take care of it. I am very impressed with Tony Newman and appreciate his honesty and integrity.
