Review: I contacted [redacted] in March 2014 about sunken patio bricks from a job completed June 2012 with a 2 year warranty. [redacted] showed up around April 30 to see what needed to be done. [redacted] agreed he would honor the warranty and suggested additional work be done on the retaining wall for a fee. I agreed + he would return with the written proposal for a 3 day job which was to begin on May 12. [redacted] didn't come or call. Since then, [redacted] has made broken promises over and over as to when the work will begin. Most recently, [redacted] said the materials would be delivered June 21 so he could start June 23. I haven't heard from him and now [redacted] won't answer or return my phone calls. His name is [redacted] at [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to fix the sunken patio bricks from the original job under warranty. I don't care about the new work he suggested on the retaining wall for a fee. Just fix what needs fixing.
