Worse experience....terrible craftsmanship....horrid customer service!
His quote was middle of the road and came recommend from paint storesSaid they needed days and brought in "workers"First day all painting was basically done EXCEPT, the didn't do any patching (only when I explained and pointed out all places, more than half they ignored)Second day they did "second" coat and our brand new baseboards
They were finished before and it was a whirlwind of the clean upI complained about the amount of paint on my BRAND NEW wood floor he told me how clean it...he SPAT on my floor and used his foot to scrape it off! There was SO MANY missed spots, paint runs, splatters and on baseboards they only ran a coat over middle which you can see as the base boards were painted Simply White which is a different white than new baseboards
There was so much "flashing", bleed through where they didn't cover properlyThey got paint on ceiling, new crown moulding, ceramic floors, wood floor, toilet, FRESHLY DONE AND INSTALLED white cabinets, drips on leather furniture, a chip and dent in new floors
I called him to complain about workmanship and he came to see what I was talking aboutHis comments (some of them) were as followed, "you are too picky, what did you expect for the money? And my personal favourite, was when we pointed out that they didn't paint the wall near the PLUG in carbon monoxide detectorHe said "we pulled it out and it beeped." Literally there is a plug within feet of it that they could have plugged it in to
They came back to "touch up" areas....now the flashing is worse as they only did immediate area and not whole wallsStill bleed throughs, still paint on baseboards and crowns
The first day two days I know they used my kitchen sink to clean the brushes (which I'm fine with), they left a wash cloth in the garburator....yesterday I found him washing his brushes in my TOLIET!!!
