Response taken by phone: We are a Geico repair facility They have a representative on site He and our body shop manager went over the claim completely The consumer did sign the contract and we have the entire transaction on video We began the work then he
stopped us when we had the vehicle torn down and had begun the work He OKed the work again before the end of the day The next day he complained to Geico and at that point we stopped work as the consumer became argumentative with Geico We put his truck back together to a drivable state and he came and got it He refused to sign the condition report but all has been recorded on video The $ is his insurance deductible and is his responsibility
