I would highly recommend Tony Stuart for flooring. I had water damage in my kitchen which ruined part of the wood floors. Tony's bid was the most competitive of the bids I received. He was quick to return phone calls, completed the job thoroughly and professionally, and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Review: I wanted my carpet removes and have new installed because the carpet was over 40 yrs old and had mildew and I have allergies and bronchitis. I was not on the job site but came back when the work was done. 2weeks later while looking at thr carpet something wasnt right so I went to fix it and noticed that the installer did not remove the old carpet but just put the new carpet on top. I called to ask why when I specifically said to remove and the man told me that it was going to cost more than the estimate to remove the carpet. My landlord was working on the house at the time of installation, I was given the right by him to hire and install new carpet. The installers told the landlord that it would be more and he replied, " I don't know, you are the pros so do what what you need". No one called me to tell me this news. Now the installer wants to charge me again to come back and do the job that he gave me the estimate for in the first place. He said he would be at my house between 3 or 3:30. I arrived at 3:05 to find a note saying he stopped by at 2:45. I called and asked what happened and he is being strange. I don't know what to do at this point. I don't want this guy in my house, but I want the job done that I was given the estimate on and I paid in full for. Can you help me please?Desired Settlement: Please refund my money so that I can have the job done right.
