I [redacted] *** received diamonds car I diagnosed it to be lifters after getting into engine thought the nocing noise was coming from heads so I let her know I was removing heads after that she became upset and her boyfriend left me a message on my phone telling me he he was gonna come to my shop and shoot me is what he told the guys at the shop so I had to take some time off I ask her that I would put a new engine in her car but she said no I said I would give her money back when I get it I guess it wasn't fast enough for her

She brought her car in at 8:that morning and picked it up at 1:that afternoon, and we worked on it right up until she picked it up We worked on it more than hours, but I only charged her for hours of labor A different shop was going to charge her $in parts, which didn’t include the labor and tax on it

To Tony and the rest or his amazing staff, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all of your help and kindness in a very stressful situationI was just visiting from Caand had drove out for the week to see some friendsThe day that I was leaving was extremely warm out and I broke down in the dessert with an over heated car for about hours all togetherI tried coolant and waited two hours to try and drive againI get miles down the road before steam started floating around my hoodNo service and by myself as a year old was a bad situationI became dehydrated and exhausted from the heatThankfully AAA came within mins of getting my message to them and towed me in miles to Tony's auto repair shop and got me water and helped me through it allThe next day they replaced all parts needed to stay safe and even did the payment with my father over the phone and faxTo ANYONE if god forbid you have car trouble, you will be in amazing hands here!! Thank you!!

I have been bringing all of my cars to *** *** for years and he is the most honest mechanic I have ever known! Once he told me he could fix it but didn't recommend the repair as it would only get worseHe could have milked it but he didn't and I appreciate that!
