At this time, I have been contacted directly by Animoto regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They refunded me months out of because they claim I singed up for the servicesSo even though I NEVER logged in to their site for the whole time
they were charging me, they claim I should pay for services.The manager I communicated with refused to give me his nameHe was very unprofessional and had no customer service skills. He basically called me a liar because he said I signed up for the service, even though they had records of me canceling when the problem initially startedI've read otehr complaints about this company and found that I am not the first to be taken advantage of in this mannerThis company has a history of being deceptive in their charges and I hope someone else reads these comments so they don't make the same mistake I made in even login in to their site
