I will be looking for a refund from the contractor for $that I paid to complete the gutter work.There is still a roof jack, and the leaking roof that needs to be addressedHe can do that work if he shows upIf he doesn't, I will hire another contractor to complete that work as well

My complaint still has not been settledI have been trying to contact Tony's Independent Contracting but nobody answers the phoneand I leave a message and my phone number but he does return my callsI have no way of knowing if he intends to replace the flashing on the chimney or not.So this case has not been settled

offer I reviewed appear below.I've already had the problem fix at the cost $out of my budget by a reputable contractor I could not risk further damage from water streaming into the fireplace every time it rainedTony never came over to resolve the problem after saying he would multiple times This is a pattern by Tony I have spoke to others in my community who have experienced the same issue with sloppy workmanship and refusal of Tony to honor is warranty on workmanship.I have contacted an attorney and will pursue the resolution of this matter through the courts.Regards,*** ***
