Dear ***, As I stated above, I do show that you were given an incorrect phone number the first time you called and we are regretful for that mistakeI spoke with Deb, whom you spoke with from our company, she explained that the reason you were given the incorrect number was because the manufacturer of your siding did sell to another companyYou were given the new company’s contact information when in fact you needed the previous owner’s informationWhen you contacted us again, you were given the correct informationI wish the process for a manufacturers defect was much easier and that so much communication and paperwork was not needed but this is out of our controlI am also regretful that you have ill feeling about our company and if anyone was anything but respectful we are truly sorryI can promise you that customer service is very important to usI am also sorry that you had complications with the manufacturerAs I said previously, we do not manufacture the products that we installWe try to always choose the highest quality products but sometimes issues arise that we cannot foreseeManufacturer defects are frustratingBut mistakes do happen and I apologize for this inconvenienceI did speak to the warranty department at the manufacturer and the response they told me is noted aboveI would be happy to give you his contact informationAt this point the best I can do for you regarding that is apologize for the conversations you had to have with the manufacturerI appreciate your feedback and hope that we are able to resolve this unfortunate situationI feel that we have attempted to resolve this issue to the best of our ability and I am sorry if you do not feel the same
