They shorted me on time by mins.- not counting the times the therapist left the roomThen argued with me afterwardThe room I was massaged in smelled like cat peeThe website and bill board advertisements say $for minutes, but once inside the wall chart says $for minutesI am not even sure the therapist was legalDid not see any licenses posted as is required by all legit therapistsShe did not speak any english eitherThe only draping is a towelOn the plus side, they were very nice to me when I first walked inThey were NOT nice to me when I told them they shorted me on timeNever EVER againI hope they this reviewI am angry!
My complaint is in regard to being UNETHICAL, and advertising, and possibly illegal if the therapist is unlicensed by the Florida Dept of Health Massage BoardThere was NO licenses posted as required by lawMostly I am angry because I had a bad experience with them, then they did not make it right, and were not nice to me when I challenged (politely) themI even paid the full $(sorry I did now) because they were arguing with me about time, and I was so angry I needed to leave
