Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I was not ordering from a printed menu, I was ordering from the menu the business had posted on the website which gave a price of $for their lunch menuI feel as if this is advertisement and probably wouldn't be so upset if it had been handled in a more understanding mannerTypically if a business makes a mistake/advertising, they will honor the price for the consumer, however the business didn't apologize, didn't offer to honor it and instead responded with, "do you want to place this order or not, it's the holidays."This is no way to treat your respective customers Regards, [redacted]

This is ***'s PizzaThe gentleman ordered 40$ worth of food, and we delivered even if it's out of our rangeThen he called back and said one pizza was burnedThe manager offered him to bring the pizza back and make another or give a refundHe said he ate three or four slices, but he demanded 40$
in cash plus free pizzasThe manager told him I'm sorry we could not do thatThen he hung up the phoneTo be honest with you lately especially in apartment complexes and certain areas it has become a treadEating the pizza and still wanted free food and the cash backI'm sorry this innocodent happend but our company stands for a higher valueWe have been in business for years and we highly value our customers. I am rejecting this response because: The business owner is outright lying, he never offered a replacement product, we had started to eat the pizza, and discovered the crust was burnedWe had had delivery in the past and they never mentioned we were out of range, absolute lie! And for him to allege that I was only trying to get free pizza, is bordering on slander and/or libel, I will sue in a Civil CourtAll I wanted was credit for the poor product that he delivered to my homeI make 100K/yr, I don't need to steal pizza!! I will file Civil Suit for defamation of character!!!!
