I am the manager here at the Chino locationMy name is *** and I did receive ***'s letter and her call on June 4, Letter was walked in by *** at a different time maybe about a couple weeks after Mother's DayI did read the letter
and talked to *** on June *** asked me if I had read the letter she wroteI read the letter a couple of times***'s family did have a complaint of only two of the steaks not cooked correctlyI did apologize for that problem and did reassure her that the two dinners were taken off bill*** "said" that I only have one chance to make it right before she calls Health Department, Revdex.com, and blast us on social media*** mentioned we never took steaks off billI explained that I have the dinner ticket from that night and we did delete stakes off mealI again apologized to her again, but she hung up on me in the middle of conversationOn June 5th Health Department came in, letter faxed to wrong location and social media blasted*** came in on Mother's Day with a party of peopleThey had appetizers, drinks and complete meals in about 1:minutes*** wanted a full redo, money given back of after her discount, when her party ate all of the mealsNever mentioned to there servers about any other problems with meal/except for the twoServers did apologize but it isnt the apology she wants a full refund which she will not be receiving

What the manager said is not entirely trueWhen I called, the manager, she was defensiveI tried give my concerns about the visit and blatantly called me a lierShe yelled at me and never really gave me a proper apologySo I don't get a refund or a "redo." I plainly wanted a sincere apologyAnd never received oneMy family and I WILL NOT go backThank you for your time
