I was able to talk to *** *** ***y regarding the Hyundai TusconAfter the install was complete, *** was shown how the remote starter worked before he left (we show every customer that gets a remote starter installed by us how to operate the systemWe sell/install roughly 250-
remote starters a yearWe keep the process/explaining the same since we do so many)The next day, he came back to the shop and said that the remote starter and keyless was not working properlyWe told him we could pull it in and take a look at the system*** said that his wife does not like it, and he wanted to know what we could do about getting it un-installed and refunded back to his card*** *** *** that he would take it out and refund him for the remote starter equipment in full without a re-stocking fee, but not the labor since we had hours on the install of it (nothing was said about the un-install for $100, he didnt want it so we took it out for no charge)*** with no complaint, said that would be fineWe pulled in the Hyundai and before un-installing it, remote started the vehicle, while it was remote started we also unlocked and locked the doors with our remote (NOT THE FACTORY ONE)We have done multiple remote starts in that exact vehicle and we were curious why it did not work so we wanted to test it out to make sure everything was solid so if there was a problem, we would know for next timeEverything was fineWe then took the remote starter out and refunded *** the $for the equipment*** is known to work with customers and is more than fair. If *** was not happy with the refund amount, he could of said so when they agreed on the refund and *** would of worked something out with him but he said that was fineWe are not in the business to dissatisfy customers especially in this small of a town where people talkThat is why he has been in business now for over yearsThis was new news to us when we received the paper work regarding this today because *** seemed fine and understand after the refundHe could of easily contacted us again or came in if he was not happy without the refund and like I said before we would have worked something out instead of going to the Revdex.comThank you for contacting us, and please keep in touch regarding this matter because we are not out to dissatisfy anyone.Thanks,*** ***Tony's Street Dreamz
