August 4, 2017Dear [redacted] , [redacted] leased a Nissan Rogue, VIN # [redacted] from the Peruzzi Automotive Group on September 5, The lease liability amount of $1,that [redacted] refers to is actually an outstanding balance on his previous lease, which was purchased at another dealershipWhen we reached out to Nissan on behalf of [redacted] , it was determined that the above charges were in fact excess mileage charges as well as a repossession fee on his previous lease contract(See lease liability statement, exhibit #1) Our salesperson, Jeff I***, was not informed by [redacted] regarding the excess mileage or repossession chargesSince the Peruzzi Organization was not involved in his original lease agreement, we would not have knowledge of these stated lease charges in the amount of $1, [redacted] also signed a “Lease Return Responsibility Statement” (See exhibit #2) which clearly states [redacted] is responsible for the excess mileage charges and any other late or miscellaneous fees and charges included in his original lease contractAgain, this contract was between [redacted] and another Nissan dealership, not Peruzzi Nissan The only exceptions included in the transaction with Peruzzi Nissan was to waive up to $of wear and tear charges along with a disposition fee of $Both of these fees were removed upon completion of our lease transaction between [redacted] and Peruzzi Nissan [redacted] ’s dispute is with either Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation or the original selling dealer The Peruzzi Organization considers this matter closed, but if there are any further questions from yourself, please feel free to contact me, Rob H [redacted] , at ###-###-####.Respectfully,Rob H

Dear *** ***:On 12/13/*** *** *** purchased a Pre-Owned Nissan ***, VIN #*** from Peruzzi Nissan *** *** brought the vehicle in to our Service Department to have a recall performed under warranty on April 7, At this time she also voiced a
complaint to Gil P***, Used Car Manager regarding the hood alignment on the *** After the Service Technician performed the warranty repair to her vehicle, the hood latch on the *** was realigned *** *** received a repair invoice which would indicate the work performed on her vehicle at no charge Thus we are confused by *** ***'s complaint, the vehicle was presented to us and the repair was made There was no further communication from *** *** on this matter from two months ago.Note this vehicle was purchased as a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan which had all required service and maintenance work performed prior to being available for sale.Sincerely, Robert S***, GM

While *** *** is correct in stating that *** Warranty processed her request on August 14, 2017, the corresponding Credit was not issued to Peruzzi until their end of month statement which was not received until the week of September 4th This statement was reconciled the
week of September 11th, and payments and refunds were issued to *** and any other canceled claims This extended Service Contract was refunded to *** in the amount of $1,as requested by *** ***

Dear Ms***:The vehicle in question has been repaired as a goodwill gesture at no cost to the purchasers We apologize for any inconvenience and we consider this matter closed.Thank you,

Robert S*** Service Manager Responds as Follows:On October 2, *** *** came in for four new tires and alignment While replacing the tires, the technician recommended two tire sensors to be replaced, but possibly all four should be replaced *** *** declined all tire
sensor replacements and picked up her vehicle on October 2nd *** *** called back that evening stating that three tires went flat, and she had the vehicle towed back to the dealership The Service Advisor gave *** *** the option of replacing the tire sensors or replacing with rubber valve stems The option chosen was to replace with rubber valve stems, which was performed on the three flat tires at no charge, the forth tire was inspected and no leaks were found. On October 5th, *** *** was contacted by Peruzzi and she stated that she wanted the 4th tire valve stem replaced with a rubber stem, which Peruzzi replaced that evening at no charge. It is our understanding that *** *** was satisfied with this resolution of this matter

Dear Ms***:*** *** had previously been contacted by us to make her aware her lease was coming to an end and she may be in jeopardy of exceeding the mileage on her contract We were unable to reach an agreement on the phone and we invited her in to determine if we could resolve any
questions or concerns she might have On April 26th, Ms*** and Mr*** arrived to discuss her lease end options During the discussion Mr*** stated they had been to other dealerships and wanted to know what we were willing to do for them He stated, we don't like Peruzzi because they took advantage of my wife We explained how leasing works, how the bank makes credit decisions over which we have no control Mr*** accused our Sales Manager Drew D*** of not wanting to help him and his wife, and then Mr*** then made an uncalled for derogatory racial claim that was completely unfounded At this point, the customers were asked to leave as this improper behavior was made in our showroom in front of other employees and customers They were told we would be terminating all future contact with them and they should seek assistance from another Buick/GMC dealer if they wanted to stay with the Buick brand. Please note that Ms*** called back to apologize for her husbands outlandish behavior We accepted her apology but told her it would be best not to continue any business relationship due to Mr*** behavior. We wish Ms*** the best of luck in acquiring a new vehicle; however, Mr*** has made it impossible to do business with Peruzzi Buick GMC.Sincerely,Jason Y***, GM

Dear Ms***:Per Gil Peruzzi Sr., Used Car Manager on June 26,Mr*** *** and Mrs*** *** purchased a *** *** VIN #*** from Peruzzi Nissan Shortly after purchase it was brought to his attention that the *** Pitruck had developed a
leak in the rear window After reviewing the warranty on this vehicle, it was determined that water leaks are not a covered component under the vehicle warranty Mrs*** was contacted and informed that as a good will gesture, Peruzzi Nissan would stand behind their product and cover the entire expense to correct the leaking window issue Mrs*** was informed that the repairs would have to be performed at the location where the truck was purchased , to ensure that the work was completed properly Also, since Mrs*** lives approximately an hour away from the dealership, she was also advised that rental car would be provided at NO CHARGE The repair is currently scheduled for July 14, with Mrs*** Please contact Gil Peruzzi Srat ###-###-#### if there are any other questions or concerns

Dear *** ***:Robert S***, GM responds to the complaint from *** * ***.On August 9, *** *** purchased a *** ***, VIN #***, with 115,miles from Peruzzi Nissan Please be aware this is a pre-owned vehicle transaction and included a Day, 1,
mile Limited Coverage Powertrain Warranty *** *** acknowledged the extent of the warranty, by signing and receiving a copy of this warranty, a copy of which is attached At the time of delivery, *** *** was also offered (at his expense) an Extended Service Agreement, which would have included up to years of additional powertrain coverage However, *** *** declined this coverage, a copy of which is attached. On August 31, *** *** came to our service department with a few concerns one concern was a maintenance reminder would not reset and the other concern was a right front parking lamp malfunction Neither of these items are covered items under his limited coverage warranty However, Peruzzi Nissan paid to have both of these items repaired at no expense to *** *** as a one time goodwill exception *** *** is now looking for additional repairs at no expense; however, he has already exceeded the 1,mile Limited Warranty by over miles. In conclusion, it is our desire to satisfy all of our customers to the best of our ability; however, we are surprised by the tone and allegations contained in his e-mails to our managers since he had contacted your office Based on these comments and allegations, it would appear we will not be able to amicably resolve this transaction for both parties Therefore, we are offering to cancel the transaction completely once we can perform a visual inspection of the vehicle to confirm that there has been no damage to the vehicle while in the possession of *** *** Due to the time sensitive nature of this situation, this offer will remain valid through September 15, at 5PM.Please contact Robert S*** should you wish to discuss further

to the latest complaint by *** ***, the Peruzzi Organization unequivocally
stands behind both previous responses forwarded to your office regarding this
matterWe also, explicitly, stand behind the authentic original documents that were also forwarded to your
office We encourage *** *** to seek an attorney
for guidance but beware that we will pursue this matter both civilly and

August 4, 2017Dear *** ***, *** *** leased a Nissan Rogue, VIN
#*** from the Peruzzi Automotive Group on September 5, The
lease liability amount of $1,that *** *** refers to is actually an
outstanding balance on his previous lease, which was
purchased at another
dealershipWhen we reached out to Nissan on behalf of *** ***, it was
determined that the above charges were in fact excess mileage charges as well
as a repossession fee on his previous lease contract(See lease liability
statement, exhibit #1) Our
salesperson, Jeff I***, was not informed by *** *** regarding the excess
mileage or repossession chargesSince the Peruzzi Organization was not
involved in his original lease agreement, we would not have knowledge of these
stated lease charges in the amount of $1,*** *** also signed a “Lease
Return Responsibility Statement” (See exhibit #2) which clearly states *** *** is responsible for the excess mileage charges and any other late or
miscellaneous fees and charges included in his original lease contractAgain,
this contract was between *** *** and another Nissan dealership, not
Peruzzi Nissan The only
exceptions included in the transaction with Peruzzi Nissan was to waive up to
$of wear and tear charges along with a disposition fee of $Both
of these fees were removed upon completion of our lease transaction between *** *** and Peruzzi Nissan *** ***’s dispute is with either Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation or the
original selling dealer. The Peruzzi
Organization considers this matter closed, but if there are any further
questions from yourself, please feel free to contact me, Rob H***, at
