Thank you so much! We appreciate your coment, your review is very important to us! You are always welcome to come back!

Estou me sentindo lesada e humilhada.

Translated by Revdex.com representative:

I'm being hurt by this company.

I became interested in attending a course in Boston, MA that would take place in October of this year 2020.
This course costs $ 2,350. The company offers a payment plan that would be 20% of the value of the course at the time of enrollment and the rest of the amount in installments in 10 monthly installments.
This course is organized by Tonya Beauty, a company located in Orlando, Florida-USA, managed and represented by the owner Tonya Silva.
This "advanced aesthetics" course that they are organizing has as its main speakers and participants medical and aesthetic professionals mostly from Brazil and my interest was precisely to learn techniques directly from Brazilians without having to travel to Brazil as I usually do.
In short, this course became a nightmare, due to the corona virus.
On February 3, 2020, I signed a contract in Portuguese with this company. I made an initial investment of $ 470 (registration) and on March 3 the first installment of $ 235, totaling $ 705. All money was transferred by bank transfer (***) to an LLC account.
On March 21, the New Jersey state government decreed that non-essential services should close for a period determined by the government, and we are still doing so today. Well, from that day on I am away from my 3 jobs. I am an esthetician on a quotation mark in Chatham, NJ, Dermato-functional in a dermatological practice in Newark, NJ and I am an Educator at an advanced aesthetic company in NY and NJ.
As well as all my students already enrolled in my courses, after the government order in most states, they obviously canceled their enrollment without any problem and received the deposit back. I contacted this company with the same intention to cancel the registration and it informed me that they postponed the course to March next year and that because the course was not canceled, who would be breaking with the contract signed a month before the pandemic starts, it's me, so I could not receive the refund of the amount paid to date $ 705. Recalling that in the initial contract signed, this course would take place in October if 2020 and the date was changed to March 2021.
I didn't just have this course scheduled, I had tickets and booths from aesthetics fairs in Philadelphia and New York, over $ 5000 invested and after 1 week of the lock down order established in most American states these companies returned all the money invested to me.
Anyway, unfortunately the last words of that company before hanging up on me were: "Go look for your rights".
I am feeling hurt and humiliated.
More than money, this is a humiliation for me, lack of humanity, the famous "The world belongs to the smart".

P.S: I have documented evidence of everything, dates, *** calls, time of calls, emails, screen shots with date and time, contract with the start date, notification of change of date, everything recorded.
I will file a lawsuit against them in Orlando's small claims

Our company got in touch with Tatiana *** so that we could do our best and come to an agreement! Everything is solved! This comment needs to be removed!

Terrible Micro-pigmentation!

I took 43 days after my micro-pigmentation eyebrow to recover myself and be with energy to make this review. I'd followed Tonya's Instagram for 6 months until decide to have a semi-permanent brow with her. All photos with beautiful works, many Brazilian actresses as customers gave me courage to make my appointment. On the day Tonya just asked what was my objective. I said to minimize the sad appearance of my eyes. She did not make any calibration with me regarding the possible shapes: what is a thin or thick eyebrow, what is a high or low arch and so on. She layed me down and started to draw on my face the "prototype" of my future brow. When she showed me on the mirror, I told her it was thicker than I expected and she said she would just fill out the middle of the lines. So, she started the procedure. When she finished the first side, she said that I was very different after the first one. When she finished the work and showed me in the mirror, I was in shock. The eyebrows simply are not the correct ones to my face. You look and you feel that for sure there is something totally wrong. They are thicker, the arches are very very very high and the terrible point is one eyebrow is totally different from the other one. What means that Tonya definitely had a mistake in her measures and could not guarantee they are aligned, or at least with a small dis-alignment. They are totally different. She simply disappeared from the room where I was. My friend asked a clerk to call Tonya and I asked Tonya "Do you think they are not aligned?" and she said "maybe" "I think because one side is more swollen than the other". No! I cried during one entire week. Here I'm 43 days after and the terrible shape remains. I need to cover them every single day with make up and I have no idea if my eyebrows will completely fade or not, 'cause the only information that Tonya gave me is to wash with shampoo what would help fading. I'm very disappointed with the service, with the work, with the care with a upset customer. She is the professional, she is the one must give the guidance what to do in a not well done semi-permanent eyebrow in the middle of your face. I really don't recommend Tonya for sure, despite she looks a good person. My advice to all girls about semi-permanent make up is you are lovely with your own brows, the small lacks that you have you can use regular make up and be able to remove whenever you want instead of look at the mirror and not be able to recognize yourself 'cause of a wrong semi-permanent brow.

This person who I believe is the owner of this store made a horrible and poor services with my eyes brows. A year ago she made my first microblading and was ok I like it . This past year 2018 I was due to do my retouch basically do it again well , she did not measure my eyes brows and at all I asked for one of her new procedures , she said I'll recommend to you will be beautiful and natural well is was a completely mess since the first time I saw the eyebrows I saw something was not right I left the store that Friday afternoon let pass the weekend and on Monday I contact them sent the picture how horrible my eyebrows are and she just didn't care saying I'll have to pay again I asked why I don't think is fair since you did a horrible job . She didn't reply for awhile and then told me to go and fix since I agreed to pay and then told me have to wait a month to fix it . So disappointed for the services and customer services this place offer .
Product_Or_Service: Microblading

Desired Outcome

Refund To be honest I don't expect nothing from her since I'm not going to fix my eyebrows with her because I'm afraid she mess up even worse .
