On May 17 2016 Brandi B[redacted] purchased a 2001 Hyundai Accent for $995 plus tax & title. After the paperwork was completed the vehicle needed jumped so we put a new battery in it before she left. A few days later she said her car...

needed an alternator and the battery was fine. We then got her an alternator from Kieffer Auto Recyclers. Unfortunately the first alternator was bad but Kieffers replaced it on May 27. I've attached the purchase order, buyers guide, and a copy of the invoice for the alternator that was replaced.

On June 9th 2016 I called Tony's Auto Outlet and told them that the car was diagnoised with a bad gas PCS Valve and it was clogged because, I got the response from Advance Auto. They told me I had to talk to Adam and he wasnt in. I was told the gas could blow up if it wasnt fixed so the valve was clogged for more than the time they sold me the car. When I asked upon arrival Mike told me NOTHING WAS NOT WRONG WITH THE CAR!!! So he knew something was wrong and sold it anyway so I claim that as false advertisement. I would not of bought this car and he had to write the remarks on the paper after I signed it because, I DID NOT SEE them remarks when I sign papers. I read over everything before signing them. Another thing the invoice for the alternator wasn not for the car I purchased. I have a 2001 Hyundai Accent and that invoice is for a 2002 Elentra.
On May 28th 2016 at 1:11pm the mechanic at UC IT Repair stated that whoever sold me the car sold me a rotten car and he suggested that I should take it back because, up under the bottom it will fall apart and the tires will fall off if im not careful driving it.
Then I had to pay the repair to put a part on the car that the dealer should of paid. A week later after the part was on the car, it starting acting up again and took it to Auto Advance On [redacted] In [redacted] and they told me the gas valve was clogged and been clogged for a while. The man there told me it was dangerous driving a car like this because, if the gas didn't make it through the hose the car could of blown up. Tony's Auto Outlet sold me a bad car and I have been through a lot of dangerous situations with this car. It have cut off on me on the expressway and I could of gotten hit by trucks, It could of blown up while I was driving it. I reached out to them asking them to give me another reasonable car because, I asked them was there anything wrong with this car and he told me No! I have reached out to Revdex.com and they have not contacted me back yet. Please I am asking someone to help me get justice with this company. There is nothing else I can do because, nobody will help me.
Then I had to get my insurance company to tow me since day 1 I purchased the car and I will have them statements as well. All my information is accurate and true because, this is a bad car that could cause someone to be in a wreck if they didnt take it to get checked. I see why the dealer Mike told me not to get a E-Check on the vehicle because, it would not have passed.
As of today the car is still not working properly and its my only transportation to and from work.
Some of the remarks I seen on their end of the paper was not added on it until he wrapped up the paperwork and sealed it in a envelope and gave it to me. I signed the paper before the remarks was added in and I feel con by this company.
