Tony's Auto Recycling and Used Parts

Purchased used transmission from Tonys used Auto Parts. Installed in Truck. Took to [redacted] Chevrolet for computer programming. [redacted] stated transmission no good. No pump pressure. Called Tonys Auto Parts to tell them we needed another transmission. They wanted us to take the transmission 45 miles one way to another shop to check transmission. We took transmission to [redacted] Car Care. Owner from [redacted] tried to call [redacted], the owner. [redacted] will not accept his calls. Tonys did not have another transmission nor did he refund our money. Had to purchase another transmission from Bruces used auto parts to repair truck. Have sent all of the copies to Tonys auto repair. He has not picked up the old transmission or refunded our money. He has our phone number blocked. Have sent him pictures of his bad transmission with pictures of the good transmission from Bruces auto parts.Desired SettlementWould like our money refunded from Tonys Used Auto Parts. We have repaired the truck. We also have customers to keep happy.
