Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  This incident has happened twice. I have been a loyal customer of Tony's for many years.  I truly enjoy there eggrolls.  When I order a bunch of them I expect them to be freshly prepared.  I do not appreciate them taken from the hot case and put in with the ones that are freshly made.  The first time this happened I brought it to the attention of this older women whose response was nothing at all.  She did not apologies or say anything.  I will never patronize Tony's Bakery again...and I do not want there $12.00 certifcate either.  Very Dissatisfied Customer.Sincerely,[redacted]
