Review: I was shorted a case of meat at delivery, and when I called customer service I was told that they were out of product, I asked to be transferred to meat department I was told that there was product on hand but I must contact customer service to get a special delivery, so when I was transferred back to customer service the told me that they would not make a special delivery. when I made the original order everything was confirmed I have a conformation # [redacted] and it states that everything is in stock and will be delivered on 7/31/15, but was not. I have had this problem in the past with this company and I cant get ahold of a supervisor, I have tried to call my salesperson who is Vice President of the company T[redacted] on many occasion's trying to have issues resolved and he has never returned one of my phone calls the last time I had this problem I left seven messages for him with no call back. I asked to speak with the accounts dept. to close my account, and all I get is a voice mailbox of [redacted]?? I tried to find out what the company policy is on confirmed orders but they just transfer me to a voicemail box.Desired Settlement: Deliver the product when it is confirmed. Return calls about compaints maid by customers.

I am rejecting this response because: This response it too late. it is weeks after the last set of voice mails that were never returned.It is bad business to have to make a complaint to the Revdex.com to get a response from a business that I had a active account with. [redacted]
