[redacted], In response to your letter, There are several issues at work here. First the warranty period provided for this job had expired. There was an inspection done for this claim, provided by an independent inspector, in his findings he listed several factors that led to the issues at hand. Of which...

were the fault of other trades. The new issues that have been brought up have also prompted another independent inspection. This inspection has not been performed yet and no report has been issued to date. We believe the issues with the flooring are with the manufacture.
