TONY'S GENERAL AUTO REPAIR [redacted]E.[redacted] ln.Bakersfield,CA[redacted] ID#[redacted] Customer came in with rear brake issues,he asked Mr.[redacted] to change rear brake pads which customer provided.During brake pads removal "rotor resurface"  customer was notified that emergency brake spring was...

loose/broken and also that anti-squed spring was missing. Customer said to only replace emergency-brake spring beacuse he had no money.Once job was finished customer left and came back after 20 to 30 mins,complainig abaut a noise in his brakes,Mr. [redacted] explained the customer about his brakes and about the noise and pins on pads and about the anti-squeal spring that he didn't want to buy.Mr. [redacted] took tire of and show customer his work,customer saw a pin in the brakes and he started yelling as to why there was only one pin.He demanded that  Mr.[redacted]  put another pin. Mr.[redacted] explained the customer that this model only came with one pin. The customer lost composure and started cussing and threating and demanded his old pads  be installed and that he wanted his money back Mr.[redacted] told the customer that he wasn't going to comply to his demands.we had to call police beacause of his threatnig.

I am rejecting this response because:
He is inaccurate my husband paid for the spring and when he took the issue to another mechanic due to the loud noise coming from rear brake area the mechanic told him that there was no pin the mechanic at Tonys Automotive [redacted] rigged a piece of foreign metal instead of replacing metal piece that my husband replace and if you look at the receipt there is no documentation of the other part that Tony Automotive purchased. The mechanic is saying that he said my husband said he had no money for. Mr [redacted] is not telling the truth and I have the receipt to prove it.
