DIRTBAG Contractor, You WILL regret doing business with this one!!!
We hired this dirt-bag to do our roof. He comes across as a "good guy" upfront, Polite with lots of promises of good workmanship. We learned quickly that Tony is NOT trusty worthy in the least. What he says and what he actually does are two different things. The quality of his workmanship standards are EGGREGIOUS at best! We had several other roof contractors come by to inspect Tony's work and that's what they told us. Its been recommended by several roofers to tear it all off and start over for a proper installation.
His proposal says "payment upon completion and customers satisfaction" but starts making demands for $ just BEFORE he starts the job. (His language is FOUL and obscene) When he doesn't get it, he resorts to Personal threats against US and our property (wants to start tearing off the roof). I had to resort to getting the police involved and he paid the price for it. Ultimately I'm certain Tony will NOT stand by his word (Meaningless) for his "lifetime" warranty (per his proposal) Just read his previous reviews, this should tell you all you need to know about doing business with this Company. My advise is to STAY as far away from him as possible, don't be tempted by his low ball number antics. You will most likely regret it!
This guy is a serial ripoff artist. He does poor quality work, does not honor warranties, and if given the opportunity will take your money and not complete the job.
Tony completed about 80% of a roofing/gutter job at my property, left and never returned. I had to hire contractors to finish his work. He left roofing jacks on my roof, did not finish the bay windows on my property, and left the gutters half done. I also had leaks because he never caulked around my chimney.
My complaint still has not been settled. I have been trying to contact Tony's Independent Contracting but nobody answers the phoneand I leave a message and my phone number but he does return my calls. I have no way of knowing if he intends to replace the flashing on the chimney or not.So this case has not been settled.

I could not risk further damage from water streaming into the fireplace every time it rained. Tony never came over to resolve the problem after saying he would multiple times. This is a pattern by Tony. I have spoke to others in my community who have experienced the same issue with sloppy workmanship and refusal of Tony to honor is warranty on workmanship.I have contacted an attorney and will pursue the resolution of this matter through the courts.Regards,[redacted]

details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I hired another contractor to complete the gutter work. That repair is taking place on 10/1/2015. Two full moths after Tony's Independent Contracting started the work. I will be looking for a refund from the contractor for $600 that I paid to complete the gutter work.There is still a roof jack, and the leaking roof that needs to be addressed. He can do that work if he shows up. If he doesn't, I will hire another contractor to complete that work as well.

Tony is obviously lying and I have the texts and phone records to prove just that. You can also see in the text messages that I was more than fair over plenty of time for him to resolve the issue. I would also like to add that he would not accept a check made out to his company but he wanted half in the form of a check made out to his building supplier and the other half cash to keep it off the records. Attached will be all the screen shots of the texts between Tony and I, the call log and also a picture of my invoice to fix his mistakes from [redacted]. If there is any other documentation you need please feel free to ask.
