Tony's Landscaping & Stone Work

He illegally had his worker jump my fence and dig a trench for the electric on a house he was building next door. The easement agreement did NOT cover that land so APS realized it was all illegal and asked me to sign a new agreement. He had his worker dig without having pipes marked as required by law as well. He had the nerve to speak rudely to my husband after what he did. They cracked an existing pipe. I should have called the police on him. I wouldnt hire him to even clean my car much less landscaping or contracting. I called the state who fined him heavily. If you work with him, be prepared to sue.

Tony of Tony's Landscaping, whose real name is Jesus Antonio Cerna was the contractor on the property next door to us. He decided to make one of his workers jump my fence and dig a trench in our yard to the APS electric pole without our knowledge when all the properties that get electricity off of our pole have wires attached to the pole above ground and the easement agreement stipulates above and over our property. Tony made his employee trespass on our property and do illegal digging without calling Arizona811 to have the utilities marked as required by Arizona law. Tony lied to me saying that APS wanted this but when I called APS they assured me that they never tell anyone to jump a fence and dig in someone else's yard. Do not trust this company as they have shady business practices and I am now spending my time dealing with his violation of Arizona law and the disregard for the easement agreement between us and APS.

metal Spears  that go on top of the metal pickets that we had installed but we had to order them through a fence company "strawberry fence" and it took him quite a while to get them to us so we could install them but everything has been taken care of and the customer is satisfied.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  I guess you would say that I am satisfied but it really took longer than it should have after they got the spears.  I was just happy to get it finished.
