I hired [redacted] and his crew to do a clean up on my rental property in Glendale Az. I was extremely hesitant because I was not able to meet with him in person and was even more hesitant to send him money without anything other than a conversation over the phone. He said because I was from out of state he needed to be paid up front with a check so that I could also have something for my records and once the check had cleared he would do the clean up then afterwards send me before and after photos. I agreed and sent him the a check. He immediately sent me a receipt with his business into a d license numbers which made me feel better. Once the check cleared I recieved an email with before and after pictures of the work he had done. He sent me roughly 20 pictures of both before and after. He also found what I thought to be several huge leaks and took pictures of those to notify me. I thought that's where the scam is! But no. He said he went ahead and fixed the leaks. I asked him how much and he said they were minor leaks and his crew fixed them on the job and didn't use any major parts. Overall I am extremely happy I have found a person with good business sense and a company that is honest. I have already asked him if his crew can do regular maintanence in the home until it is rented. I refered him to my brother who also owns a home in Arizona and he had a similar experience. Very trustworthy and I will say that everytime I call he is the one to answer.
