Review: on 08 05 12 my car was towed by tony's long wharf per order of [redacted] police the car sat on tony's premises for 7 days upon picking up my car the stereo system t.v's sub woofer and amplifier was gone out of the car the system was removed in a manner which was unprofessional which caused wires to cross and caused electrical damage and the car to cease working and I could not afford the repairs I spoke with management who made several verbal agreements to compensate for all damages but never did after several weeks of calling and personal visits to this establishment there is a theft police report and a report by the officer who towed the car which states the system was in the carDesired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Replacement

customer was quoted 300 for the delvery he offered $200.00 we delivered the unit 03/17/2012 for $250.00 had to load the unit 2 times nad hand unload .
