I am rejecting this response because: The business owner is outright lying, he never offered a replacement product, we had started to eat the pizza, and discovered the crust was burned. We had had delivery in the past and they never mentioned we were out of range, absolute lie! And for him to allege that I was only trying to get free pizza, is bordering on slander and/or libel, I will sue in a Civil Court. All I wanted was credit for the poor product that he delivered to my home. I make 100K/yr, I don't need to steal pizza!! I will file Civil Suit for defamation of character!!!!

I am rejecting this response because I was not ordering from a printed menu, I was ordering from the menu the business had posted on the website which gave a price of $4.99 for their lunch menu. I feel as if this is false advertisement and probably wouldn't be so upset if it had been handled in a more understanding manner. Typically if a business makes a mistake/false advertising, they will honor the price for the consumer, however the business didn't apologize, didn't offer to honor it and instead responded with, "do you want to place this order or not, it's the holidays."This is no way to treat your respective customers.

As State it in my menu*Prices subject to change without notice*Taxes not Included in our prices*The date the customer calld and placed order my manager answerd. He took the order an the told her the total. She calld back and said the total lood high. He told her the lunch prices changed 6 months...
Ago, and told her Are you Going to take the order or not ash she agreed to pay for it.
