The owner/manager is very rude. First time going back in years and will probably never go again. They gave me wrong order and when I complained "I was in the wrong". I was delivered something that I have allergies to. When I recieved order I had called to complain, [redacted] If that had been the case, I would have not called in. [redacted] I then called back and said to him that this is horrible customer service [redacted] After about 10 minutes of arguing, he black listed us from ordering or dine-in. (Not that it really matters after what he put us through). We did not eat any of the food and had asked him if he would like us to bring it in so he could double check it and we could prove it to him, but he told us he didn't need to see [redacted] I used to order from Tony's every week when I lived in the west end and never had a problem. If I had not been alergic to what was delivered to me I would have not called in to complain.
